Greetings!
Board members, community members, and parents/guardians have worked together to create a draft 2023-2026 Comprehensive Plan for Lincoln Charter School.
This strategic plan will serve as the overall plan of work that drives our organization for a three-year period in accordance with the state-required Future Ready Comprehensive Planning Process.
As part of the process, four state reports [Academic Standards and Assessment Requirements (Chapter 4), Student Services Assurances (Chapter 12), Induction Plan (Chapter 49), & Professional Development Plan (Act 48)] must be Board-approved and submitted every three years for schools in Pennsylvania.
You are asked to review the drafted comprehensive plan and state-required reports (https://bit.ly/LCScompplan). The mission, vision, values, goals, and action steps will drive organizational change, so providing feedback now is your opportunity to impact the details of the plan as it is finalized and implemented.
